| Development The architecture office BKVV developed 7 plots in the "Homeruskwartier" in Almere. On these plots 7 unique family houses are designed by 7 architects. Elstudio was invited to propose a design for one of the plots. Construction started December 2009. The houses were completed July 2010.  Completed building, back facade. Photo: Chidi Onwuka

Plot 255The single family house designed by ELstudio is a simple volume with a big roof terrace facing south. The floors are connected in a spatial way by two sequential straight staircases.  Overview 7 villas
