Hospice Zambia Design for a hospice for the palliation of terminally ill patient's in Chipata, Zambia. The hospice is composed of a core for the staff around which 12 units are placed with a total of 24 beds. Later it will be possible to easily expand by adding another 12 units. The project will be self-sustainable; it will produce the electricity and water needed to function, and constructed from local materials, as much as possible.
