3D printing with Robots

3D printing experimentation at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences (AUAS).
At the AUAS we developed and experimented with a 3D printer to be used on industrial robots. The printer melts (recycled) plastic granulates and places the molten stream of plastic in a precise manner, controlled by computational software. Both the printer and the working of the robot and tools were developed in close co-creation with the various students at the Robotlab.
