Villa Almera!

One of the first things people do after buying a house in the suburbs is to fence their plot so they can truly enjoy a taste of the ‘countryside lifestyle’.
In Villa Almera, we start with the fence delineating the limits of the plot and assuring full privacy.  This feature is at the same time the support for the dwelling.  The programme of the house is placed along the fence and is adjustable to programmatic needs of the client (area, budget, etc.). Constructed from environment-friendly prefabricated massive wood panels the fence and the house will be assembled simply and rapidly on the construction site. Later the house can be extended easily within its own walls.
