City Farm is a concept for housing combined with care; living in groups in an urban environment with rural quality. Care is customized and shared with the group.City Farm is a research into the combination of care homes and a productive landscape. The project is a collaboration with BKVV Architects, Cell Studio Architects and Bureau B+B.
